    We are an independent care agency which provides care to our clients in their home environment.

    Our services are designed for all those who may require assistance with personal care, social care, or domestic care.

    We provide to all ages, adults and children alike.

  • Sterling Standard Care Group provide a wide range of health and social care services to both adults and children in their homes:

    • People with Parkinson's disease, dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or other needs for palliative care.

    • Disability needs (e.g. paraplegia, motor neuron disease).

    • People with behavioral and communication needs.

    • People with a terminal illness.

    • People with substance use and misuse needs.

    • People with HIV-related illnesses.

    • Young people with behavioral needs, mental health needs, and social or eating disorders.

    • Adults awaiting hospital care.

    We provide services for all cultures, and we are dedicated to caring for you through your journey irrespective of your health condition.

  • You can either call us to book an appointment or request a call back.

    A senior member will make an appointment with you in your home to discuss your care needs.

    This visit is a free consultation and carries no obligation.

  • One of our senior care staff will usually visit you for the first few calls to get to know you better and then introduce you to your assigned carers. Our aim is to match carers to clients, matching skills with needs is a high priority for us to maintain continuity whenever we can.

  • If there is a problem just let us know, we will work with you to resolve this or make alternative arrangements for you.

  • Sterling Standard Care Group has dedicated care assistants on hand to place with you while your regular carer recovers.

  • Yes, you can contact us 24/7 in case of emergency or urgent attention on 020 7433 2503.

  • All our care staffs undergo regular training in all aspects of the service they provide. Carers are routinely monitored and supervised by senior staff. With your permission, the Manager or Deputy Manager may carry out a spot checks while they are working in your home.

  • We have a statutory obligation to undertake a criminal record search on all our carers. In addition, we also undertake a POVA search and take at least three references.

    Fees are individually calculated for each contract depending on the length of the visit , the location and the care needs. All charges will be explained to you before the service starts.

  • You will be invoiced at the end of each month. Your invoice will detail all the visits carried out for that month. Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer.
