We are Sterling Standard Care Group, domiciliary care provider providing a complete range of care services to London and the surrounding areas. With the thoroughly trained and friendly staff we employ alongside an ethos of living well within your own chosen environment while promoting your independent, health and wellbeing, we are the prime candidates for those in need of professional and quality home care.

Experienced in our field and with the support of fully qualified experts, we ensure you services and care entirely personalised to each individual’s requirements. From routine residential care, nursing care and home care, to assisted living spaces, short-term care and retirement villages, we aren’t satisfied until we are certain that everyone in the local area has the care they need when they need it. Sterling Standard Care Group was founded in 2016 with a passion for making home life better, providing highest standard quality care and support to service users in their own home, precision and attending to details of your care as a result of our deep knowledge in healthcare and our drive to focused on the issues that matters to you;

Our Mission

Our aims include facilitating you remaining in your home with independence, dignity, and have control over your own life. Irrespective of the type and level of support required, a member of the Sterling Standard team is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to help you in any way required and to focus on providing the highest quality of patient care.

Our objectives are to work in partnership with everyone involved in your care; this includes your family, the social services team, healthcare staff and any other multi-disciplinary agency or services. Sterling Standard Care Group is expanding and strengthening in engagements with all groups in the community including disabilities, mental health and older people. We want to deliver quality care to people in our community with informed choice

SSCG aim to provide care and support for people who cannot wholly look after themselves in their own home, at times convenient to them and in ways they find most suitable. We aim to work with clients to provide services which you value highly, which helps you to lives as independently as possible and which allows you as much control and choice as possible over your lifestyle. We aim to enable people to realize their potential physically, socially and mentally throughout their years so that they remain as independent as possible. We aim help people to control their lives and live with dignity, whilst providing them with protection, security and care when they need it most.

Meet The Team

SSCG has built a team of healthcare experts including consultants, clinicians, hospital managers, care supervisors and administrators as well as establishing a reputation of being a reliable provider of practical and achievable healthcare services. Our team is made up of hands that cure and hearts that care.

Michael Akinyemi has over 7 years of experience in the care industry, having worked most of this period in one of the top care companies in the UK. He started his career rising through the ranks to become a Service manager. He has a plethora of high-level trainings and qualifications within the industry.

Beatriz has worked in the care sector for more than seven years occupying various positions to become a care service manager for some of the most reputable care companies in London. She joined SSCG in June 2017 and brings with her a wealth of experience that encompasses the design of most suitable care plans, recruitment and training of carers for our diverse clientele.

FAQ

Most frequent questions and answers
A senior member of Sterling Standard will make an appointment with you in your home to discuss your care requirements. This visit is free consultation and carries no obligation.

One of our senior care staff will usually visit you for the first few calls to get to know you better and then introduce you to your assigned carers. Our aim is to match carers to clients, matching skills with needs is a high priority for us to maintain continuity whenever we can.

If there is a problem just let us know, we will work with you to resolve this or make alternative arrangements for you.

Sterling Standard Care Group has dedicated agency care workers on hand to place with you while your regular carer recovers.

Yes, you can contact us 24/7 in case of emergency and in cases which require urgent attention on 020 7433 2503.

All our care staffs undergo regular training in all aspects of the service they provide. Carers are routinely monitored and supervised by senior staff. With your permission, the Manager or Deputy Manager may carry out a spot check while they are working in your home.

We have a statutory obligation to undertake a criminal record search on all our carers. In addition, we also undertake a POVA search and take at least three references.

Fees are individually calculated for each contract depending on the length of the visit , the location and the care needs. All charges will be explained to you before the service starts.

You will be invoiced at the end of each month. Your invoice will detail all the visits carried out for that month. Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer.
